This is a new position for the Division of Care and Treatment Services focused on developing and implementing strategies to recruit a diverse pool of qualified applicants for health and human services positions spread across 13 work units, including seven, 24/7 treatment facilities. Additionally, this position will support internal and external communications projects across the division. The Division of Care and Treatment Services employs 4,100 people focused on providing and supporting behavioral health services (mental health/substance use) for all Wisconsin residents. This position is part of a newly created four-person communications unit for the Division of Care and Treatment Services.
Remote work flexibilities are available for this position. There may be an opportunity to perform required office-based work hours at a state office building/facility outside of Madison, Wisconsin, for the right candidate.
